Civilians have reportedly been killed in Kenyan air raids in Somalia. Kenya said it targeted al-Shabab fighters.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Peter Greste reports from Nairobi, Kenya, on the conflicting claims. <br /><br />The video also includes comments from the Somali prime minister, Abdiwelli Mohammed Ali.
Kenyan security forces are continuing to go from room to room inside the upscale Nairobi mall, firing protectively before entering unknown territory, in a bid to secure the complex a day after a siege that killed scores ended. The process of retrieving bodies from inside the mall still had not begun on Wednesday morning - possibly indicating that the situation was not yet considered secure - though a city morgue official said his workers were preparing to go into the building soon.
The Al-Shabab attack in Nairobi has struck fear into businesspeople across Kenya and especially those working in the important tourism sector. At least 48 people have been killed in a coastal town in Kenya, after gunmen opened fire on hotels and government buildings. The Somali group, al-Shabab, has claimed responsibility. Although the government has been trying to show resolve and reassure people, many of the people from the town of Mpekatoni are terrified. Al Jazeera's Rawya Rageh reports from Mpeketoni in Southeastern Kenya.

President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday graced the opening of the Kenya-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states business forum in Dubai on the first day of his working visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). NAIROBI (Reuters) - Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta was sworn-in for a second five-year term in front of a rapturous crowd on Tuesday as riot police sealed off an area where the opposition planned a rival gathering and teargassed people trying to reach it. Kenyatta won a repeat presidential election on Oct. 26 that was boycotted by opposition leader Raila Odinga, who said it would not be free and fair. <br />
