Youtube star Issa Rae is given a series order by HBO to a comedy called “Insecure,” that will be written by and feature comedian Issa Rae herself. Issa Rae has gained Internet fame for her popular, award-winning web series “The Misadventures of Awkward Black Girl,” and has more than 200,000 subscribers and over 20 million views on her YouTube channel.
