Rwandans to elect new parliament

Rwanda will go to the polls on Monday for the country's third parliamentary elections since the genocide of 1994. Opposition parties say they have been shut out of the political process by the ruling Rwandan Patriotic Front. But the party of President Paul Kagame says it has done everything it can to avoid political conflicts that have triggered violence in the past. Al Jazeera's Peter Greste reports from Kigali.
