Rwanda building collapse

Reports from Rwanda say around a hundred people are trapped after a building collapsed.<br /><br />Local police in the north east of the African nation confirm three people are dead and 21 are injured. <br /><br />It's understood construction workers are among the casualties.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
