France and Rwanda reconciled?

FRANCE-RWANDA: Diplomatic relations between Rwanda and France have been difficult for years. Rwandan President Paul Kagame has accused France playing a part in his country's 1994 genocide. France retaliated by issuing arrest warrants for top political figures, accusing them of being behind former president Juvénal Habyiarimana's assassination. Will the two counties be able to put the past behind them?
